CXRE Labs is a creative and experimentation lab working at the intersection of art, design, technology, and culture. We collaborate with independent creatives across disciplines to bring thoughtful ideas to life from client projects to internal research and experimental work.
We’re currently expanding our network of trusted contractors. Some roles may support immediate projects, while others help us build a long-term roster of collaborators we can call on as new opportunities arise.

Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who enjoys building visual systems and translating ideas into expressive, functional design. You’ll support branding and visual identity work across a range of applications, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and broader design team.
3D Designer /3D Artist
We’re looking for a 3D Designer / Artist who enjoys working with form, space, and sculptural objects. This role supports both production work and exploratory R&D, including digital objects and home-decor–adjacent concepts. Ideal for someone who likes moving between experimentation and polished, production-ready outputs.
Research & Experimentation Intern
We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern to support CXRE Labs’ research and experimentation across design, materials, AI, and creative workflows. This role blends exploration, documentation, and storytelling — helping turn ideas, tests, and experiments into insights that shape both our work and how we share it.
